Contact

One mailbox, read by the person who builds devgate: dmitry@devgate.online. No ticket portal, no chatbot. Expect a reply within a couple of working days; there is no support SLA on any plan, and pretending otherwise would be a promise we cannot keep.

Support and bugs

Include the agent version (devgate --version), the exact command you ran, and the error text. Account-specific problems — billing, an endpoint that will not come online — are easier from the address you signed up with.

Abuse

If a devgate.online hostname is serving phishing, malware or spam, send the full URL and what you saw. Tunnels are cut for abuse, and the account behind them goes with it.

Security

Report vulnerabilities to the same address; write “security” in the subject. Please give us a reasonable window to fix an issue before publishing it. There is no bounty programme — devgate is too small to fund one honestly — but you will be credited if you want to be.

Elsewhere

Homebrew tap — the formula that installs the agent. devgate's own source is not public, so there is no issue tracker to file against; mail is the way in.
