## questions

Before you ask.

How does usage credit work?

Each plan includes a monthly usage credit that covers endpoint hours, data transfer, and requests. Unused credit does not roll over — it resets at the start of every billing cycle.

What happens when I run out of credit?

On Free and Hobby your endpoints stop serving traffic until the next cycle. On Pay-as-you-go your endpoints keep running and additional usage is billed at the metered rates.

How long does the free trial credit last?

The $5 one-time credit on the Free plan is valid for one year from signup. It applies to endpoint hours and requests, but not to data-transfer overage.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans are billed up front for the year.

Do you offer volume or enterprise pricing?

Yes — enterprise plans add committed SLAs, BAAs, volume discounts, dedicated IPs, and on-premises deployment options. Contact sales to scope a plan.
